Part of a 300-year-old former farmhouse, the Garden Villa in Lanzarote has been fully renovated, and offers stylish and comfortable accommodation for four personnes. It enjoys an idyllic and tranquil edge-of-village location, just a short drive from the beach at Arrieta, and a mere five minutes’ stroll from Cesar Manrique´s world famous Cactus Garden.

The Garden Villa is ideal for plant lovers as it boasts a large, lush and mature tropical courtyard garden featuring a wide array of palms, trees and shrubs. Thanks to Lanzarote’s clement weather, guests can enjoy this courtyard as their ‘outdoor living room’ all year round. The Garden Villa offers guests total privacy and is divided into a number of different zones and chill out spaces, including a beautiful outdoor eating area with large built-in barbeque and outdoor spa shower with sun loungers. Relax in style and enjoy the feel of authentic outdoor living.

Internally, the property has been furnished and decorated to a high standard, combining rustic charm with modern comfort. We provide free high-speed Wi-fi, a smart TV, and a wood burner for winter nights. Beach towels are provided as well as bath towels and linen. The kitchen comes equipped with all mod cons such as coffee machine and dishwasher. Both chambres are located on the ground floor and are separated by the hallway. The large master chambre is equipped with a king size double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The second chambre is ideal for either children or couples, as it can be configured with either two single beds or a double bed, depending upon guest requirements.

The focal point of the finca is an enormous kitchen/diner that has five-metre-wide floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open directly into the garden, so that interior and exterior spaces blend into one. This is where guests can gather to enjoy meals, watch a movie, or just kick back and listen to the soft breeze in the garden whilst sipping something cool from the fridge. In addition, there is a separate lounge area with unspoilt views of the unique Lanzarote landscape. Equipped with an antique wood burner, this makes a cozy, snug spot for the odd cooler winter night.

This property can be combined with the 1 bed Finca Botanico Garden Apartment, which can accommodate two guests, for parties of up to 6 personnes in total. Children over 5 years are welcome at the Secret Garden, but we do not accept babies or toddlers. Prices for the Secret Garden are based on 2 personnes – we charge an additional fee for the third and fourth guests.
