Part of a 300 year old former farmhouse, the Garden Villa in Lanzarote has been fully renovated and offers stylish and comfortable accommodation for four personnes in an idyllic and tranquil edge of village location, just a short drive from the beach at Arrieta and just five minutes’ stroll from Cesar Manrique´s world famous Cactus Garden.
The Garden Villa is ideal for plant lovers as it boasts a large, lush and mature tropical courtyard garden featuring a wide array of palms, trees and shrubs. Which guests can enjoy all year round, thanks to Lanzarote’s clement climate. The Garden Villa offers guests total privacy and is divided into a number of different zones and chill out spaces, including a beautiful outdoor eating area with large built in Bbq and outdoor spa shower with sun loungers. Enabling guests to relax in style and enjoy a real feeling of outdoor living.
Internally the property has been furnished and decorated to a high standard, offering guests free high-speed Wi-fi, smart Tv and a wood burner for winter nights. Beach towels are provided as well as bath towels and linen. The focal point of the Finca is an enormous kitchen/diner that has five-metre wide floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open directly into the garden, offering amazing views and blending the indoors with the outdoors. This is where guests can gather to enjoy meals, watch a movie on the large Internet Tv or just kick back and gaze into the garden whilst enjoying something cool from the fridge.
The well appointed kitchen comes equipped with all mod cons such as coffee machine and dishwasher.
In addition there is a separate lounge area equipped with antique wood burner, which offers great, unspoilt views of the countryside and a cosy snug spot for the odd cooler winter night. Both chambres are located on the ground floor and are separated by the hallway. The large master chambre is equipped with a king size double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. And like the rest of the home decor blends rustic authentic charm with modern day comfort levels. The second chambre is ideal of either children or couples and can be configured with either two singles or a double dependent on guest requirements.
This property can be combined with the 1 bed Finca Botanico Garden Apartment, which can accommodate two guests, for parties of up to 6 personnes in total. Children over 5 years are welcome at the Secret Garden but we do not accept babies or toddlers. Prices for the Secret Garden are based on 2 personnes – we charge an additional fee for the third and fourth guests.
